We have stumbled upon a homeless man that has the ripped, muscular body you’ve always wanted, a man that should make you feel ashamed of yourself for not hitting the gym and getting in shape.

Granted Jacques Sayagh is a professional bodybuilder, he exhibits a level of discipline lacking with men of today. And to think he’s in his fifties…

Despite living on the streets of Paris with his two dogs and having no access to a gym, he sculpted an incredible physique would make any lady swoon.

The following video of Jacques showcasing how he trains went viral years ago, but his methods remain relevant today…

As you can see, he makes due with no free weights, utilizing resistance bands and his own body weight to get the desired results.

Sayagh says he eats a lot of vegetables such as cabbage and green beans, with any cash he can get going towards supplements, primarily whey and casein protein. Interestingly, he still competing…
