Although I was careful to leave out the crazier claims and went to great lengths to scientifically validate those that made the cut, you should consider the plausibility of each one for yourself.

Guys have been led to believe that porn is a fantasy world, a gateway to sexual education, more sex, better sex, and so on. However, many have instead discovered that the deeper you dive into that fantasy world, the more likely your reality becomes the complete opposite.

Porn is like a drug, so much so that consuming it tricks your brain into releasing the same pleasure chemicals as cocaine .

And much like any hardcore drug, when these pleasure chemicals (e.g. dopamine and oxytocin) coarse throug the brain, they help form new brain pathways that make you chase the intense feeling and senstation you got from your initial hit.

Unfortunately, the addictive nature of porn makes it so that you usually need even more extreme, constantly evolving material in order to retain the same level of interest and excitement that you once had.

Next thing you know, things that used to disgust you or went against your moral principles are now palatable.
